FullIdentity is not a background check company; although we have partnered with backgorund check companies to give you a value added resource when dealing with employees and identification.
The background check process has been developed after lots of research into this new data driven technology. The way our screening works is based on the Social Security Number of the candidate, a trace is completed finding any and all names associated with that number. Based on those results and other information gathered about your candidate, a criminal investigation is done on each of the names found. The reason this is done is to catch name changes that may have happened after a conviction occurred. This type of screening is not standard in the industry and would require you to complete this process manually since there are several searches that would need to be completed.
The reason our pricing is as low as it is, is due to the volume of background screenings that are completed through our company. Our price is reduced and we pass that savings onto you. |
