The need was to capture complete details on members during the enrolment process and to have the ability to verify membership by operators and police officers online. We developed several screens that worked in conjunction with the secure FullIdentity.com database. As information is captured during the enrolment process the details are inserted into our database and accessible to the US Bail Department through the normal user screens of FullIdentity.com. As memberships are received, US Bail runs background checks online through our services and if approved an order is placed for the individuals identification needs. Since we are there are no credit card transactions taking place on their site, the FullIdentity.com logo is not present on the screens developed for this solution and the pages look similar to the pages of the US Bail Department.

At any time from the US Bail Department site, anyone can verify an individuals membership by entering their badge number and last name. If a record is found, a brief profile of the individual is displayed online.
