- Tech Savvy-ness – Though it doesn’t require extensive training, printing ID badges is still a technical task. If you do not have an IT professional or a tech savvy person to trouble shoot issues, it may be more of a headache than it’s worth.
- Communication – It’s important to have good communication with your provider. If your organization might need to do your communication or printing at odd hours, you may benefit from an in-house system.
